Deposit

A trader can log in the system within the trading hours on a trading day, and then use the client-side to apply for deposit and withdrawal, and inquire the application of deposit and withdrawal and the balance. To ensure successful completion of trading and delivery, the deposit shall be paid not less than the required ratio before a transaction agreement is signed.

Signing (Transfer)

A trader can log in the system within the trading hours on a trading day, and then select the trading commodity, and finally determine the price and quantity of the trading commodity according to the quotation for pending order or accepting order.

Delivery

1 Declaration for delivery: can be carried out from 16:00 to 16:45 on a trading day. A trader can use the client-side to declare the delivery quantity.

2. Declaration and matching for delivery: The trading center will match the delivery according to such physical truth as declaration for delivery.

Stock-in

According to the matching number of delivery, the seller’s trader will timely send the commodities as per the actual delivery quantity to the specified delivery warehouse for warehousing.

Stock-out

When the buyer’s trader wants to pick up goods, it needs to make the payment in advance, submit the Letter of Goods Picking, and go to the specified delivery warehouse to pick up goods delivered successfully.

Quality Dispute

Both parties shall propose a quality dispute within the schedule time and negotiate to handle the quality dispute in accordance with the specified procedures.

Confirmation Letter of Delivery

Once the Confirmation Letter of Delivery is issued, it means that the buyer tacitly approves that the quality of goods in this letter is acceptable. Therefore, no exchange will accept any quality complaints about such goods. After the Confirmation Letter of Delivery is issued, an exchange will inform the seller to issue corresponding invoice.
