The trading system is mainly of Browse / Server structure in combination with Client / Server structure. Graphical user interface is employed, so as to enable user operations to be simple, easy, safe and reliable. The trading system is equipped with double hosts, with one used as trading host and the other as backup host as well as database server. Two hosts are mutually backup to each other and share loads at ordinary times. In the process of network transmission, asymmetric cryptographic technique in combination with symmetric cryptographic technique is employed, with digital certificate, digital signature and other information of client that are required by relevant national laws and regulations included. In addition, transaction data of each trader will be recorded in a detailed way in the trading system, so as to technically ensure undeniability of transaction commands from traders and security of transaction data.
