    Far East Material Trading Center Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Company) is a subsidiary wholly owned by Far East Smarter Energy Co., Ltd. listed on the main board (stock code: 600869). The spot trading business of the Company, through the inspection and acceptance made by People's Government of Jiangsu Province in 2003, has been recognized and can be kept (SZBF [2013] No. 74). On July 13, 2016, the Company received the Reply of the Financial Affairs Office of the People's Government of Jiangsu Province on Approving Far East Material Trading Co., Ltd. to Start Business (ZJRBF [2016] No. 82), and this indicates that the Company has gained the supervision department’s recognition. Through more than five years of development, a mature management system and operation mode has been established and applied to the spot trading business of the Company who has a cooperative relationship with more than 800 corporate enterprises. The main trading varieties are 8mm copper rod, 3mm copper wire, 9.5mm aluminum rod, PVC, wooden drum, steel belt, etc. The average volume of trading is about RMB 150 million and the day delivery rate of commodity can reach to 90% or more, so that the Company can provide customers the optimal services such as bulk commodity trading, delivery, settlement and financing.

    With the support from all levels of government, the Company takes such bulk commodities as copper, aluminum, PVC, rubber as the main listed trading varieties. The Company, using various trading modes such as continuous spot trading and spot listing trading, can realize the delivery of entity enterprises and products and satisfy the customers’ demands on hedging, investment and financing, and also can enhance the traditional spot trading methods and means and provide the investors more investment channels. On the premise of legal compliance management, the Company explores a new way to trade, such as combining the futures trading and spot trading, and gives full play to the financial attributes of commodities on the basis of spot trading, and thus greatly enriching the investors’ investment choices.

    The Company adheres to serve the real economy and provides the customers the optimal services such as bulk commodity trading, delivery, settlement and financing based on electrotechnics and electrical industries, to further implement the "Internet +" national strategy. In addition, the Company constantly enriches and improves the e-commerce business product Line, pays equal attention to both online and offline business and continuously enlarges the platform flow and trading volume, to achieve the Company's future development strategy.
